This month I’m thinking about my relationship to time: Am I using my time wisely?Have I given this draft enough time to breathe? Have I been playing Animal Crossing for too long today?
I’m tired, but… should I push myself to apply to another thing? To add some more words to that one draft that’s been sitting there?
I have a confession: I am very mean to myself sometimes.
The negative self-talk can really get out of control, especially when it comes to planning out my weeks or taking stock of how I’ve been using my time. But here’s how I’ve been trying to push back.
